Contribution to KAPS Bachelor degree program further upgraded and advanced
2.1 Assessment, gap analysis, with recommendations for improvement conducted for first years of implementation of the KAPS BA programme.
2.2 Support KAPS in implementing recommendations as identified in 2.1.
2.3 Support the successful implementation of the BA internship programme as per mutual agreements between KAPS and individual public safety agencies.
2.4 Establish an e-learning platform within KAPS BA programme.
2.5 Conduct a feasibility study on possibilities to establish a MA in public safety and security sector.
2.6 Develop a student counselling system to ensure a student-centred approach.

Component 2: Contribution to KAPS Bachelor degree program further upgraded and advanced.
Support and consultancy of KAPS BA curriculum re-accreditation self-assessment report and all sections of the curricula development and assessment practises on short term and on long term period was updated and it was approved by KAPS Board. In August 2017 Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) decision was:
– KAPS Accredited for 5 years on Institution level, and
– KAPS BA Programme Re-Accredited for 3 years.
External review of the feasibility study was provided and advice was given about the potential content of the future MA program.
In total seven e-learning courses are prepared. LMS is ready to be used and also new work stations have arrived to KAPS.
There is shared understanding of the student-centred guidance and counselling system and the first draft of the written document is produced including the actual plan.

2.6. Develop a student counseling system to ensure a student-centred approach
9 mission weeks – 7 missions completed.
Out of total 43 mission weeks 32 mission weeks by 12 STEs has been completed by November 2017.
